ATTENTION: We do not provide refunds due to discrepancies between product expectations and its specifications. Please make sure you carefully review the product description and specifications before making a purchase.

Returns
Returns are only possible if the product (GPTs) is completely non-functional and the malfunction is experienced by all users. Please ensure that you have tested the product and ruled out any usage errors before contacting us. Some categories of electronic products are non-returnable.

We do not accept returns if the product selection error was made by you. Before purchasing, please carefully review the product specifications provided in the description. If the product is found to be defective, you must send us photos, videos, and a detailed description of the issue for review.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

Refunds (if applicable)
After receiving and reviewing your request, we will send you an email notification. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delays or missing refunds (if applicable)

Discounted Products (if applicable)
Refunds are only available for products sold at full price. Unfortunately, discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
