If you see a “Not Found” error when trying to open a GPTs link in the ChatGPT app, we recommend first attempting to open it several times within the app. If the error persists, try opening the link directly in your browser this almost always resolves the issue and loads the GPTs correctly.
After purchasing GPTs, you will receive a link for private access. After purchasing PROMPTs you will receive a file that contains it.
You need to have a personal Chat GPT account to use the products.
